Wed had a few damp issues in several rooms which had been a worry for a while but Perry came and had a look and tested everywhere. He explained the causes of damp in each area and what they could do to resolve it which put our minds at rest. They arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves each day. We had been struggling with a damp problem for three years and tried many 'fixes' before we called 1st Call Damp Specialists. Perry diagnosed the problem(s) immediately and offered a comprehensive solution and clear quote. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Perry and Rob were always very professional and considerate while working. We are extremely pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend.

I called 1st Call Damp due to a damp issue in my lounge under the bay window. Perry arranged a time to come round and give a quote. He diagnosed the problem in person and gave a no obligation quote via my preferred method of contact which was text. I went ahead and Perry booked the work in promptly. Perry and Rob arrived on time, I gave them a key and left them to it and went to work. Perry text me when the job was done and left the paperwork for my records. They locked up after themselves as requested and I felt safe and secure having them in my home. They did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Thanks both!

Amazing Company, very professional, very friendly, with a very prompt response and visit. Rob was amazing, he visit our property today, and he explained in details what is the situation, and what needs to be done. We will highly recommend 1st Call Damp Specialists Ltd.
