        Rude over emails, and asked for a full refund of including the expensive postage seeing as I sent back with my own money. And refused to give me the postage money. Wouldnt recommend

        In person very helpful, but absolutely useless administratively. Rarely answer the phone, don't reply to messages, nor emails and completely forget to make a record of the bits so didn't even place an order.

        Beautiful setting in a proper stable yard. The range of bits is amazing. (Could of spent hours there) It was fascinating. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.
