Fireaway Pizza

staff member zero communication, not very friendly, 33.00 for to small to medium pizzas and 2 soft drinks from a take away place, never was a order from a staff member so unfriendly and difficult, even my friend with little English notice it.

It was my mum's birthday on Saturday. i checked that the opening time is 12 noon. so i called on Friday eve to find out if i can order pizzas for the next day and if they can arrive at 12.20 as we will need to leave at 1pm. i was told yes but very latest it might be 12.30. i said ok no problem and i placed the order. the next day the pizza didnt arrive at 12.20, neither 12.30, or 12 40 but at 12.52!!!! we had 8 minutes to supposedly eat four pizzas. i was really upset. we were all hungry and already dressed in coats ready to leave. the pizza is good but the communication is awful and delivery slow. if i knew it will take 52 minutes for it to come i would have not ordered it. everyone was starving and frustrated by the time they arrived. not a good start of a birthday day. the delivery guy was very apologetic.

Honestly do not bother with the usual pile of grease from Dominos, pizza hut ect. The pizza at fireway are by far the best. Not greasy and well priced. Garlic bread and chicken strips are also amazing.
