Jimmy's nails

I visited the salon yesterday to get a new set of SNS. Ive visited Jimmys around 7 or 8 times prior to this visit and always been happy with the service, unfortunately this time was different. From the moment i walked into the salon I felt like an inconvenience for being there. When the woman asked me what I wanted she seemed annoyed and angry, as though she couldnt be bothered to be there. She rushed my nails and didnt take into account what I asked for (a simple French manicure with small white tips). She made me feel uncomfortable throughout, I couldnt wait to leave. I certainly wont be back, Id rather take my custom elsewhere which is a shame as I thought I had found a good regular nail salon.

The photo on the right is what I asked for and the left is what I got. I asked throughout the appointment are these going to look like the photo and was told yes, and I am left appalled at the state of them. I even told the lady at the end they werent like the photo and she said she couldnt do them. Super upset & will not be returning. I still paid for the service despite the disgusting lack of attention to detail. Vile customer service - I rang up to enquire what could be done about the nails, after they ignored me on social media, to be told that I had to have the nails removed elsewhere before they would issue me a refund and I would have to show my natural nails - he was argumentative and rude and hung up on me.
