Through out the whole process, quotation, preparation and installation we received nothing but a brilliant service. We changed our boiler and converted to a combi system.The staff are friendly and helpful. Amanzi is extremely professional. They were able to accommodate an emergency installation due to our old boiler packing in! The engineer Francisco was very careful to ensure all our carpets, surfaces and floors were well protected during the whole process. All the hard work such as removing the old boiler, tanks and pipework was all handleded without hesitation. At then end we had a very detailed demonstration of the new system, answered all questions and left us all feeling very confident we chose the right company. Amanzi should change their name to Amazing! Would 100% use again and will be referring to anyone in need to any plumbing services. Thank you again! Had a substantial leak behind the kitchen sink and my FB message to Amanzi was responded to promptly, with Shane arriving later the same morning. Hugely impressed with the speed and efficiency with which he completed the repair, and that he rang me twice to appraise me of the situation. as I was away from the house.
