Fail to understand how this outfit (and I refrain from using the word organisation) are garnering 5* reviews - Id hazard most of the reviews are bots as theres very little detail to them. So I had the displeasure of dealing with Shahnila who was recommended through my architect. Her lack of communication and inability to remedy the most simple of structural engineering tasks, for which I understand she is qualifies was lamentable. Aside of numerous and recurrent mistakes in a simple engineering plan, she never once visited site to review the structure - something a layman as myself would be a basic first step to providing detailed engineering diagrams. That said her ineptitude could be forgiven if there were a semblance of communication, but alas not. Repeated phone, text, email remain unanswered. Today the straw that broke the camels back when I called her in the morning (using an undisclosed number) to confirm her attendance to site in sync with my building control. After verbal confirmation and even asking for my postcode (its documented on your structural plans you stupid lady), lo and behold she fails to turn up. Try calling and she deliberately drops the call. To say the experience has been pathetic is a gross understatement. Avoid like the plague. * Note review to be copied to Yell.

Great service from Adnan and the team. From the initial request, drafts were sent via email within 48 hours. Adnan gave a full breakdown of the process, such as the planning permission etc. Being novice in this area, he assisted with the council pushing through with the planning permission. Highly recommended for excellent service and quality of work.
