Have had good experience with this product in the past and use around 100 kilos each year. The last 2 batches of product as can be seen from the photos has lumps of solid product causing the spreader to get jammed every 20 / 30 seconds. Bag was in sealed but some how damp seems to have caused this issue. What has caused me to write this review is the awful response from the customer service team. No email contact offered, which is pretty antique and then waited over 40 minutes for someone to answer phone call. This is a short route to a ruined business. Much money was paid to Scotts for the business its a crime to ruin another good company. Evergreen, get engaged with your customer base and start investing in your future. Your very poor reviews are extremely damaging. I will be looking for an alternative.

Received your reply thanks. Filled in questionnaire from your customer services a week ago and no help or suggestions forthcoming. Lawn now completely dead in large areas. see this going legal. Danger... Evergreen 4 in 1. Applied as instructions made sure well watered prior to application and after. Devastating results. This product should not be used and removed from the market.
