If I could give 0 stars I would. useless Ive been waiting on an urgent item for some time now, Ive been told its ready for collection. Despite going into the store twice in the same day, surprise surprise. Its not there! The photo they uploaded to confirm delivery was blank. Was told that Id be contacted by the depot, but obviously they didnt call me. Been waiting ages on hold to try and talk to someone, this is my 3rd bloody time on the phone with them now this is ridiculous

Possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Will never use them to send a parcel again and request any company sending parcels to use another company. Disgusted with their customer service.

Terrible delivery service and useless customer service. Cancelled my Saturday plans as they decided to deliver earlier than stated. Waited in all morning for the delivery to then get told I wasnt in and they missed me . Turns out they went to the complete wrong address, then when notified its the massive block of flats you cant miss, the customer services say the driver might deliver it later today or tomorrow with no timescale. Cheers DPD, one job

My driver doesn't even bothered to get out of his van just says that no one was in when I was. Why be a delivery driver if you don't deliver parcels.

DPD dont even warrant one star. I booked 2 parcels to be delivered for Xmas. Dropped them at local pick up point on Wednesday 15th Dec for delivery Monday 19th Dec. Just called pick up point & they have not been collected even. You cannot get in touch with a DPD customer advisor whether it be by phone/ whats app or any other forum they claim to use. Avoid disappointment & steer well clear of DPD!!
