Cowboy builders. If in any doubt that this is not true google his name, twice on TV and prosecuted for it in Swindon. Unfortunately we were not informed, used him under one of his many iterations of company name for an extension (again a companies house search will show this with his multiple appointments and quick closing of one company just as tax is due after 18 months). Bad workmanship, expensive and took months when it should've been weeks. Moves counties every couple of years so trading standards can't get him again.

Very unorganized. Made alot of mistake on a load of items. Also failed to correct the mistakes THEY MADE. I think the delivery driver may have been called Steve and he was terrible. Not only was he late he was also making sexist and misogynistic comments about myself. Yes it's not very often you see a girl in the trades but I've been in my current role of over a year now and haven't faced any issues on this topic. To have a delivery driver refuse to let me take a few aluminium frames because I'm a woman and too 'weak' and 'have men to do that for you' is ridiculous. When every man on site can accept the fact that I can do just as much as them and possibly more why in the world does a delivery driver have an issue? Not impressed at all. Definitely will not be going back to Total again. Careful with their own installation team aswell, seen some very questionable bits of work done by them. :)
