They are not in Camberley. Very expensive. They will tell you they have all the parts on their van, but they don't. They will then ask you to pay almost another call out fee to fit the part they didn't have. i feel it's a bit of a con. I called them because I thought they were local, but they aren't they are based in Ringwood. When I phoned to complain the girl on the line wouldn't let me get a word in. When I raised my voice over hers she put the phone down. One way of dealing with complaints.

Not clear that pricing is quoted ex Vat. When I phoned to suggest they consider being clearer it didnt get much traction. Why quote net prices to residential customers? Its seems a trick to make them seem cheaper than others when actually it makes them more expensive. Wont use again.
