        When they can be bothered to open, they are completely useless. Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague.

        Was prescribed some ear drops from the hospital, went into this Pharmacy and was told they were discontinued and on asking if there was an alternative they said yes but would need another prescription. Went to Pharmacy in Heatherside and got them whilst I waited. Felt something wasn't right hence going to another Pharmacy. Not very helpful lady serving either. Won't be going back.

        Dr. texted to pick up my medicine and I went to Boots, it wasn't ready. someone supposed to call/text me but never call/text me. I call to ask it is ready to pick up and they said yes but only partially. I asked when everything is ready and she said she doesn't know. I went to pick up anyway and there are three staff but someone said there is not pharmacist right now so they cannot pass the medicine to me. How awful!

        Expect to wait 30min+ Long ques for prescription due to only 2 people in at a time. Big issue considering most clients are elderly who have to stand in the sun. A very regular occurrence. Could also do with more staff, when it's lunch time, the whole pharmacy closes. But despite all of this, the staff were very helpful and friendly

        Awful. Never open when its supposed to be. Waited over twenty minutes on two separate occasions for prescriptions I had been texted about, with only one person before me each time. Dreadful service
