Set up a phone interview for a certain day and time, they didn't call. Rang up to rearrange and they did exactly the same. Waste of time contacting as they don't reply

We sent our son there for about a year before pulling him out in favour of another nursey . For the most part a fantastic nursery . BUT there is a major problematic culture of phoning parents immediately the minute children show any sign of illness. This might sound petty but if you work on London getting a call multiple times and finding your child is not Ill is a major problem. One of neighbours in deepcut also had the exact same issues with constant phones calls when any sign of illness surface and this was pre Covid times. On many occasions I had to collect our son with a temperature which did not apparently drop after calpol, but was literally not elevated at all by the time I got him home. We had another incident of suspected foot and mouth which turned out to be literally nothing, I couldnt even find the mark to take him to the GP. The final straw was chickenpox, which our son had but it was approaching 2 weeks after and had healed. He was actually allowed in the nursery an entire day , then the following day refused entry by the deputy manager as his scabbed over marks apparently didnt look healed . We winded up going to the doctors under their instruction . The GP was astonished hed been refused entry . We told the nursey and the deputy manager thought it best to confirm the sorry but phoning the doctors surgery . We received no apologies from the manager in question and she was actually really quite rude. We lodged an official complaint to the manager who handled it really well, but it left such a bad feeling and we had so many calls for illness collections over hardly anything that we took him out not long after. Both our children have been to Frimley nest now and I think Ive collected our son once in 18 months for illness

Had a visit to the nursery before deciding to go with them explaining we had a child with learning difficulties and they said they could help with everything we needed had a SEN who worked at that nursery who would take him on etc, anyway after a couple of months we noticed the SEN was never with him and always in the office very clique with the management and seems to me she would rather be a manager than spending time with the kids , no reports were ever completed not even the monthly ones on progress of our child and then we had 2 different people go into the nursery to watch our childs behaviour and the reports back were very negative how they had introduced nothing that they said they would to help, never came home with any paintings or drawings pretty poor in all honesty, always very rushed inside and a fairly small room especially when the kids slept they closed half of it off and it was tiny a couple of the people who worked with the kids were really helpful and I could give positive feedback for them its just the management and the charge hands that Ive got nothing positive to say about a very poor run nursery, Ive got experience with nurserys and this is by far the worst I have come across. Avoid if you want value for your money and your child to learn something if you want to just dump them and not be bothered then this could be the most expensive child minder for you
