I can highly recommend Emily at The HR Patch; Emily has helped me on several occasions with HR related questions, revisions & guidance. Most recently Emily has reviewed and re-written my employment contracts for all my staff. For a business that is growing very rapidly it is important that they were correct, easy to read for my staff and completed in a timely manner. We were in the exciting position of hiring our first permanent staff at Career Matters this year. Emily did a really good job of advising us, as a start up on the policies and procedures we needed in place. She also gave us detailed and fair contracts for our new employees. Very trustworthy.
