Truglaze Windows

A brilliant experience from the team at Truglaze, Rob came out to my beauty salon and gave me lots of options on what I could have and brought different finish and colour examples so I could picture the doors Today the installation team came and worked at my salon and were courteous and polite when my clients were passing and worked in a very neat and tidy manner causing no interruption whatsoever and did a brilliant job I am so happy and have already contacted Rob to come out again to look at my home for a new patio door I cannot recommend highly enough, great product and service

Always so helpful. Had to come out to help us with a sticky window lock - nothing too much trouble and Phil had the issue sorted in minutes! Communication is excellent from the staff in the office - even though they are constantly busy with new customers, they never seem to forget their loyal previous customers. Our family will always come back to Truglaze. Important local family business! Thank you again for all of your help!

We went to Truglaze for a quote to replace our tired wooden framed windows throughout our house which had been on our plan since we moved there four years ago. Dave came round, he answered all our questions and was very informative with his advice. We received a quote the next day with several options and a follow up call to make sure we had received this. He then left us with it with no pushing sales tactics but replied promptly to emails with any further questions. His price was very competitive and the predicted timescales fitted in perfectly with our requirements. We had the pleasure of 3 of his team, Dave, Reg and Chris, carrying out the installation. They were friendly, polite, efficient and hard working. They left the house in a usable, clear state at the end of each day and nothing was too much trouble. They kept to the predicted time frame of carrying out the job and were finished by Thursday afternoon. One of the windows was missing the vent covers which were promised to be fitted within a couple of days. Dave, one of the fitters, rocked up on the Sunday afternoon to complete this as promised, this I felt was dedication to his job and their customers. I was recommended Truglaze by a friend, and I can honestly say the recommendation was well-founded. From first point of contact, to final install everything went seamlessly. Would definitely use again.
