        I have always used the shoe polish but the tins are awful. Once I have managed with time to open the tin, then I can't put it back, it never seems to fit, the lid always appears to be too big once its open and it fits one side but not the next. I just cant cope with all the time wasting anymore

        A month ago I returned some faulty Duck Refill pads and I have had no response from the company at all. Apart from the cost of the product it also cost me 3 pounds to return the item so I am disgusted that such a large company should fail so badly.
