        The restaurant was noisy and crowded, with a canteen like atmosphere. The self service system has changed and getting a drink is confusing and chaotic, with people queuing in the wrong queue. I wanted some hot soup and a roll, but I wasn't able to see what hot food was available, so opted for a cream tea. The fruit scone was large, but it was hard, dry and tastless, whereas the clotted cream portion was tiny and inadequate. I used to love this place but in my opinion, the changes that have been made to the counter service, the food choice/quality/vfm has been a step in the wrong direction. Parking: Ample parking
