Dave serviced our neglected boiler and found several faults which he promptly fixed. He was kind enough to explain each problem and was patient knowing we are new to oil boilers. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We absolutely wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and look forward to having him back next year for our next service. After being referred to Dave by another heating engineer I contacted him on a Monday lunchtime and he made space to fit me in on Wednesday of the same week. Annual service completed and Dave quickly identified and rectified a fault which was causing the boiler to cut in and out intermittently. He explained it all as he went along - without loads of jargon - and the boiler's running as sweet as again.
