        Florence is a highly qualified yoga teacher and has been my saviour throughout this pandemic. She is truly inspirational. Her gentle yet effective exercises are thoroughly planned and at the end of each session I feel so calm and relaxed. The Isle of Wight is lucky to have such an amazing teacher. I wish I lived nearby and wish her the very best of success.
