We booked Kings Hill and the Old Farm Shop for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time. On arrival, we had a warm welcome from the team at Kings Manor Farm and they could not have been more helpful during our stay. The Old Farm Shop is precisely as shown on the website. Its not the prettiest building but would work well for a relaxed holiday. The views are beautiful and its a short walk to the Red Lion Pub where we had a delicious meal. It is refreshing to see a holiday home with wheelchair access/facilities. Kings Hill is in a league of its own. An amazing modern house with fantastic views, huge living space and 6 spacious ensuite bedrooms. Its a great choice for a group of friends and/or family gatherings. The location is perfect for walks and it is in easy reach of Yarmouth and Freshwater. I would highly recommend it

We booked the The Old Cottage, to say it was grim is an understatement. Grey blocks and a tin roof. My heart sank when I saw what we had booked. Inside it was musty and a bit smelly, clearly had not been stayed in for a while, the sofas were so dirty we didn't even want to sit on them. It felt like it had been converted for elderly people with plugs half way up the wall, and chairs to sit in the shower. Furniture looked like rejects or bought some junk shops. We had booked a three night stay but only stayed one night it was so awful. The only good thing I can say was looking outside of the window was better than looking inside the building. Cottage it is not, would have been better to knock it down and start again, a refub was not a good plan for this building, its simply grim. I literally feel we were ripped off. This really is not a cottage in look or feel. Its just simply horrid.

My lovely friend booked the Kings Hill house for a girly weekend away. Only a short distance from Yarmouth port. WOW it's fabulous. A modern and luxurious place to stay, each room has its own bathroom, two rooms have Super King size beds the other rooms have twin singles, so ample room for large families or large groups of friends to stay. The house has huge windows with amazing views of the coast, you can just about see The Needles. We were lucky enough to experience fabulous orange and pink sunsets. I was lucky enough to stay in the master-suite, what a treat that was with its vista across the fields and out to sea. In the morning I saw rabbits hopping across the back garden. Its extremely spacious and a wonderful place to spend time during the day and evening. There is a public footpath from the house to a coastal walk (about 3 mile round trip). Really enjoyable, through fields, woodland and to the beach where there's a cafe nearby. We booked a Taxi into Freshwater, we enjoyed a great meal in The Red Lion pub definitely recommend going there.
