Excellent customer care and helpful staff. Often shortage of staff but still always polite and hard working. This is a nationwide problem, not local, we understand and appreciate your professionalism.

A great local chemists, when it's open! For some ungodly reason they shut for an hour in the middle of the day! Despite that caveat they provide an excellent and friendly community service.

I always get good service here but today I turned up at 4pm, they were advertised as being open until 4.30 pm on the door of the chemist. I was not allowed in to pick up two prescriptions. They need to give honest information to customers and stop changing the opening hours all the time.

Changed closing time to 5.30 rather than 6pm. It still showed 6pm on Google. That isn't the fault of Boots. What is their fault is being closed on Saturday, contrary to what the Boots website says. They wouldn't help me to collect urgent medication at 5.32 on Friday and turn out to be shut Saturday. I'm still waiting for customer services to answer my phone call after 40 minutes! I won't use Boots again. Adopt good customer service, or Internet shopping will close you down.
