Booked my sons car in as they were available before Easter for tracking. I wouldnt usually give a company a second chance after a bad experience, but I did, and wish I hadnt. If you want a competent company that knows what they are doing on anything beside MOTs then seriously, go somewhere else. The tracking was out after I changed the track rod ends, I needed it to be tracked by someone that has the equipment to do it right. They test drove the car, then advised that the car is seriously dangerous. It will be until the tracking is done. Incompetent and rude about it Service: Wheel alignment

Went in to get my wheel alignment checked due to tyre worn in unusual manner, Was informed it was the clutch that was causing the problem and on investigation by them was clutch release bearing?? Got the car back after 2 weeks and it was awful, clutch pedal skaking was then told it as the gear box.... lady was rude when confronted with these issues Will never ever use or recommen these cow boys and 'girl' take your car elsewhere your wallet and car will thank you for it, Service: Wheel alignment

Did a 20,000 mile service and MOT. Used genuine parts, fair price and good paperwork record. Very close to home so very convenient and can't fault them. Why use Dealerships when you don't have to.

675 pound for 4 brake pads no discs!! Your local rip off garage been closed down before due to ripping tourists and locals off should be closed down again. Rude service and condescending approach like nothing I have ever come accross was warned should of listened. Don't listen to there quotes or estimates, if you have to use them get the estimate on paper oh and bring your own gloves as they charge you 12.50 for there ones. Check your oil as they will state they replaced it even after just having a service laughable really if it wasnt so expensive. Didn't even pick up on the advirorys I had fixed before it went back in. Trades unions already got a list to deal with that is why they keep changing there names. As they now also use west island autos ltd as well stay clear please.
