Looking after my nan really well. Home is always clean and smells nice. Staff are caring and friendly. Really good and frequent communication when she isn't well. Nothing is too much trouble.

Wonderful place, just too far out, takes me nearly 1 hour to get to visit my friend. The staff are wonderful, very compassionate, It's difficult in care homes nowadays because people have choises, & when people have dementia then cannot always make choices, so even though it is not good for them they refuse to get out of bed, or even eat, which is heartbreaking for friends & relatives, as they get weak & can't even enjoy a visit out, so we as their loved ones who care, must keep trying to visit & encourage them, even though it is hard work. One thing l must say is the food is excellent as well as the staff. Thank you to all the staff who you never hear complain.
