I've recently moved to the Island and I have been fortunate in gaining the great skills of Susan from My Designs. I found Susan to have a lot of people skills, her body language and verbal introduction made me instantly relaxed in her company. She is a good listener and has the ability to enable focus to occur. Her positive attitude and attention to detail is so uplifting that even before the implementing of the plan for me, there was a very positive residue. Susan has a very skilled team that she can call upon and when appointments are made, they are adhered to. When discussions are taking place again all is organised, clarified and summarised.Everything flows, and samples are to hand. My project is not complete yet, so that is the reason I have given four stars to My Design, however at this point I feel it will be a well deserved five star.

Susan helped me decide on some design issues within my farmhouse. I found her energy helped my motivation and her research and resource finding was useful. The project had a successful conclusion.
