We had a lovely 4 days at Linstone in August. The house is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We made good use of the outside seating with gorgeous views over the bay. The children loved the bunk beds and were very happy that there was a play park on site. The location is perfect- the beach is a 5 minute walk away and a short walk along from toilets, ice creams and the Hut restaurant. You can also walk to Yarmouth which has a good selection of shops to look round plus we really liked the George pub and there sea front location. Youre also well positioned for trips out to places like Tapnell Farm, Cowes and the Needles. We will definitely be returning! Penny, Nick, Isobel and Edith

The owners were helpful and informative before our stay and the house had everything we needed. Beds. It was clean, well equipped and outdoor seating area to watch the sunset. Our children loved the football pitch, mini golf, walk through the woodland to Fort Victoria. Nice cafe there too. We spent plenty of time of the beach. Visited the Needles and NT both very local. Would highly recommend.

If you want a stay in the Isle of Wights beautiful Freshwater then look no further than this fantastic home from home. For one, the sea views and surroundings are simply breathtaking and the sunsets unforgettable. And all in accommodation that is both charming and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need or want from a well stocked kitchen to a comfy double bed and bunk beds. A modern and clean bathroom, plus a lovely eating and sitting area too with a good sized TV and selection of DVDs. Great outdoor space and a vast playground area complete with goal posts and mini golf, perfect for the kids to run free after breakfast and dinner. This was our first trip to the IOW and 247 helped to make it a truly memorable experience in the best possible way. Thoroughly recommend.
