My partner showed the hairdresser a photo of how she'd like her hair cut, hence to say the result was an abomination. The resulting style was nothing like she asked for. This was her first haircut since the beginning of lockdown and she was excited, she came home miserable and paid 31 for the privilege. Why didn't she say anything at the time? She has bad eyesight and once she'd put her glasses back on to see, the damage had been done. Learn to listen to your customers! She will seek a more competent stylist in the future.
