Extremely pleasant people to deal with, who clearly love their job and are very considerate of the trees they are tidying up. A very nice man called Tim came out to quote the job at a price we were very pleased with because it appeared to be such good value. On the day two very polite guys (Alex & Rob) came to do the work. They had to be let in by our son, who also said they were very nice guys (he is 17 so him being impressed with anyone is impressive in itself! LOL). The work they have carried out (take out a Connifer and tidy a large Cedar) has been done efficiently, respectfully and they have tidied up after themselves like true professionals. In our opinion they are worth every penny and some, this is the second time we have used 1st Call and we will be using them again. They come with our highest recommendation.

We are absolutely delighted with the service we have received. From our first phonecall to the actual job everyone has been polite, efficient and very professional. E-mails and phonecalls were answered promptly and the job was reasonably priced. 1st Call Trees even did the job earlier than originally planned, as they had a space. We will definitely use them again, we couldn't be happier.

Excellent from start to finish. Good advice, friendly,work carried out efficiently and left everything tidy. On time and on budget.Very large dying Oak removed from garden and overhanging main road. Would definitely recommend them.
