Rob and Mike recently restored my 15th century house in Farnham. They could not have been more professional and sensitive to both the conservation needs of the house and to me. Their knowledge, skills and expertise are second to none resulting in elegant solutions to difficult complex problems. Their craftsmanship is now part of the history of the house. I am a real customer of Oakwrights based in Frensham, Surrey. It's a shame the prior review posted here appears to have been placed against the wrong company. I'm very pleased with the quality and workman ship of our porch. Oakwrights use very traditional methods to put the frame together and it really pays off in the finished look. I had to also have a builder involved for the ground works and base wall and the Oakwrights team and the builder did a great job collaberating to make everything go to plan. I'm really pleased. I would recommend Oakwrights to anyone looking for a traditional frame structure.

I signed my order confirmation in November, its now middle of March and I still havent been given a delivery date for the mere 12 pieces of oak in my project.. Ive had not answers to my last 3 emails. The whole company appears to have a complete disregard for customer communication. I have been mislead and ignored on several occasions. The survey team missed off the datum I specified and the drawing office were severely lacking in their understanding and technical expertise, I had to do their drawings for them and create a new datum for the build. Im wholly unimpressed with Oakwrights as a company and would suggest you find another supplier!
