walking the UK Coastline and came across this place on my Lincolnshire section. What a find ! I arrived late in the evening and was met by some lovely volunteers who quickly showed me around and gave me a well needed cup of tea. I was so impressed that I returned some weeks later with plenty of time to take in the wonderful collection of memorabilia that is housed in this fascinating museum. What a delight to wander round and speak with the very knowledgeable staff about all the exhibits. This is a must visit destination and one to behold when you consider it all started as a hobby. Well done to all and special thanks to Des for showing me such friendliness and hospitality.

Did the Lancaster Bomber VR simulator which was really good and huge thanks to the team who talked me through it. The museum is fascinating and the volunteers very knowledgeable, particularly the weapons guy. Could do with more information accompanying the exhibits to provide a more comprehensive visit, but overall definitely worth a visit

Well wasnt expecting that. Went for the afternoon as was told how good it was. Well we wasnt disappointed. The museum was so much to see. The volunteers were very knowledgeable and speaking to the owner Paul was a privilege and so so interesting. The cafe is lovely and will not rip you off.
