        I was looking for a replacement part for my tambour door and Lorraine was really helpful and offered to try and track it down for me from one of their suppliers. A day later and she had found the part :) Shipped with next-day delivery and I am delighted to say the part works perfectly and my door is as good as new. Thanks for the excellent service!

        I have had an amazing experience with East Coast Kitchens Ltd! After 5 months of using my black 90mm Basket Strainer Waste Kit I noticed a chip on the edge of it to so I contacted the company. They have been wonderful and very helpful and they happily replaced it within a few days. Thank you!!!
