ALWAYS greeted with a smile from helpful and knowledgeable staff who manage to find an answer to any medical questions and usually have what you are looking for in stock. We are lucky to have this pharmacy so don't abuse it use it.

Dangerously incompetent. Went to pick up medication, took an absolute age to get served, checked with the dispensing clerk to ensure the meds supplied were as specifically requested and was assured that they were correct and in accordance with my needs. When I got home and read the small print I was astonished to discover that the meds were not as the clerk had described. Ill now need to return for the umpteenth time to inform them again of their error and no doubt have to wait yet another week for the correct medication to be ordered in. This is not the first time this has happened and they previously added a note to my records to make sure this doesnt keep happening, but that clearly didnt work either. Anyone responsible for dispensing medication who cant understand that what they say theyre giving to a patient isnt what theyre actually dispensing shouldnt be employed to do this job; under some circumstances such practice could have very serious consequences for the patient. This is not acceptable and they should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
