        I've always had personally great service at Recare. There was an issue with the order on my new chair through no fault of theirs but James put this right quickly and efficiently. I'm always treated like a friend which after all theses years i hope i am!

        My mum has just had service stair lift serviced. Engineer called me to explain he was delayed due to weather . I purchased the stair lift a 3 years ago its the best value for money item ever spent. Staff in the office and Engineers very polite and professional 10/10

        Very impressed by the HIGH level of customer service here. Id never used them before but I needed some urgent work doing on my mobility scooter prior to going on holiday. I called in unexpectedly one evening and by the next morning my problem had been sorted. I was impressed with the staff knowledge, care and politeness.
