        Unfortunately I couldn't get through on the phone to make an appointment but I have never had any trouble before. The pandemic has probably had a big part in this

        Been happy with them for a number of years but now the Freckleton branch are closed so booster vaccine I figured Id have to go to Lytham or St Annes ten I find out no vet there either. After waiting and age for you to answer the phone after numerous tries. So I have transferred to a vet who are local, have vets and answer the phone!
