        Was in about a year ago, an nothing has changed. Same rude women behind the till that refuses to help with anything. No point it being a post office if you can do anything apart from send a letter. As that is apparently all its there for. Avoid at all costs!

        Staff are very rude, i have been ignored at the till on multiple occasions. Was made to queue twice only to be told they wouldnt send my parcel and to leave. I drive to preston where the service is miles better

        Theres a sign outside the Spar stating that they are also work as a Post Office.. funny that when they REFUSE to take parcels. Disgusting customer service & extremely rude staff. Last time Ill be seen in that shop. Avoid at all costs & visit Kirkham Post Office instead.

        Extremely rude and impatient staff member. Not good for a village store!! Maybe a few days training at Kirkham post office will teach her how to be respectful to her employers customers.
