I feel lucky to have been trained by Dan! One of his best abilities is to make you feel comfortable, at ease, and confident in whatever task he has planned for the session. His intuition is amazing, as he can immediately work out when I'm struggling, and to maintain my confidence he'll make adjustments to our session. His encouragement has been consistent in each session, and his re-education of my bad eating habits and nutrition have been adopted and truly appreciated. All in all he is an amazing trainer!

I can't recommend Dan highly enough. He will motivate you immensely and help you get for and have fun doing so. Dan helped me overcome many obstacles to fitness mainly a considerable back injury. He tailored our sessions around my limitations and it meant that over time and with dedication I was able to improve and be more mobile than I had been in years.

Dan is an awesome PT with a huge range of in depth knowledge when it comes to all things health and fitness. 4 years ago I went to him for a free session with no intention of continuing but his professional and relaxed attitude meant I actually continued training with him for a well over a year after that first meeting and continued using him as a reference for all things health even when I moved abroad. Even if youre unsure about committing to a trainer right now, go and check out his site and keep an eye out for his weekly blog, it's well worth it!
