Easter 2023 weekend What a lovely site, that we missed as the entrance is hard to see until you get used to it! - travelling from Necton on the A47 it is on the right just after a bus stop the lane is quite tight at first then opens up. There is a locked barrier accessed by a code supplied when booked, it has a fairly new toilet and shower block that is kept clean & well stocked with toilet paper, liquid soap, paper hand towels. Plenty of hot water, two large shower cubicles both with toilets but no where to hang or place shower gel or soap etc, also could do with a hand rail or seat, quite a high step up into the shower, there is also a single toilet, also a large room with a drier, sink and washing machine. however there are hooks on the wall. I have ms and I only just managed but will need to bring a portable free standing stool on next visit. 16 amp hook up, fresh clean water, toilet disposal and waste bins. We found one big drawback was that the field had only just recently been mown so the grass clippings ended up all over inside the caravan, then when it rained there were big clumps everywhere and the grass was still quite long anyway, there was also some road noise at night from the A47 although not too bad as my husband didnt hear it but I think that he is a little hard of hearing and thought it worth mentioning.

Basic facilities, but new shower and toilets. Electricity on some pitches. Quiet location. Good, reasonably priced storage for caravan or Motorhome. Basic security only.
