        Amazing Mutton from Feldon Forest Farm. Slow roasted the leg on a bed of veg and some wine, at 120C for 8 hours... Meat just fell of the bone. What an amazing meal; flavour, texture and provenance all first rate. And what great value, cheaper per kg than supermarket British lamb!

        We always get our beef and mutton from Feldon Forest Farm. George and Gill are so knowledgeable about their produce and organic farming in general, they even know which cow the beef comes from! Great flavour and texture to the meat, if you're looking for sustainable meat at an excellent price, look no further.
