The woman who served me was so rude and arrogant.
Any time I asked a question she was blunt and not accommodating - then served me my ICED latte which was warm. I used to work for Costa and understand the shot is hot however I asked for more ice as my drink was warm to which she responded in a huff saying she can't and 'ye well the shot is hot' in the most patronising tone I've ever received ... yes I am aware but that defeats the point of an iced coffee ...
She made an issue out of getting me a little extra ice to make my drink cold....
Just checked the reviews to see if there was anything else about this woman and I was not surprised ... she needs an intervention
