        From the start Glaze (Ricki) were very accommodating and responsive. My wife and I had new patio doors and a front door installed by Craig who was very professional and did a brilliant job. Both Craig and Kayleigh made sure that everything was in order and that we were happy with the installations and left everything clean and in good order. They were both a pleasure to have around. I (and my wife especially) were very happy with the installation and cannot recommend them enough. We intend to have further work done and Glaze will be our first port of call. Thank you all.         Still waiting for a FENSA/Certass certificate 8months later.. chased numerous times but now not returning calls/emails. Would have been a good review but if they're not providing the relevant docs required once fitted then not a good job/company
