        Went into the Cheltenham store for the first time today. A very pleasant welcome from a hardworking friendly guy called Kev. Served by a lovely young man called James. Observed a cheerful young woman working super hard called Tina who had a smile for everyone. Our food was prompt, hot and delicious so thank you to the whole team who were in today.

        Excellent GP practice. I used to live within walking distance but now moved away but fortunately just within their catchment area. I chose to stay with Frampton Surgery because the quality of care they provide is second to none. Getting an appointment is never a problem even during a pandemic. The staff are friendly, helpful, attentive and efficient. A short trip into the countryside to visit the surgery is a pleasant bonus.
