Brilliant little find! Lotties always happy to fit me in and makes me instantly feel at ease whenever I'm there. I now wouldn't go anywhere else. I have also just had the pleasure of having a microdermabrasion facial here. Oh my!! What a difference there is in my skin. I never knew it could feel this nice. Lotte talked me through everything, helped me work out what type of skin I had (I had no idea) and used specific product that would complement my skin. All of this was done on a heated bed, under a blanket with relaxing music. Perfect! She then recommended what products I should be using to keep my skin in the best condition. A week later I still feel like I'm glowing! I loved it so much that I have already booked in my partner, mum & sister and will be taking Lotte up on her offer for a block of 3. I would highly recommend booking yourself in.
