        Only stockist of dr johns puppy who keep it in stock in bristol area. phoned beforehand absolutely lovely on phone, drove across parked up easily, was greeted by a lovely dog then shortly after by a lovely woman who showed me exactly where the food was, got it rang up and paid in no time whatsoever. I'll continue to use them from now on, better than any pet superstore I've ever been too.

        Very rude. Asked if they sell riding boots and was told no one there to help me so come in the week then slammed phone down!

        Don't buy the firewood. It doesn't burn. Measured at 39% moisture. Glad I didn't go straight for the big delivery and got a couple of bags to try first. Even those are a waste of money though.

        Good value Dr John Titanium dry dog food. Only supplier locally and no complaints. Easy to get to, park and no queues. Also close to farm shop, just along the road, for cake afterwards!
