I have been attending yoga classes for the last two years. The classes are very relaxed and friendly. Keely is aware of my back problems and gives me alternatives and easier options to ensure that I exercise within my limits. I also have monthly deep tissue massage or hot stone and reiki with Keely and these sessions are again delivered with regard to my back issues, in a private room with a calm atmosphere. I really enjoy both the classes and the massage sessions and I would recommend TK Yoga to any one regardless of age and ability.

I have been attending Yoga classes for 3 years in Framlingham with Keely and Tina.They are superb teachers, supportive and encouraging, adapting their teaching for individual needs/ailments! Very friendly welcoming classes for all ages and abilities. Their treament rooms/studio are tranquil and relaxing; I would especially recomend the Reflexolgy and Indian Head Massages. They also train students brilliantly!

I had amazing Indian Head Massage from Keely at the Festival for Mind, Body and Spirit last Sunday. It was really relaxing and healing. Keely has healing energy.
