We came to visit Framlington and we were both blown away by the super customer service of the lady that serviced us. Such a lovely little shop and so nice to see a proper post office still open

I used this post office on a trip to UK to post my day 2 covid test. Not very friendly or helpful. I would have hoped that taking my sample to one of the authorised posting sites that they were familiar with system, but they apparently had no idea.

Staff are very rude and unwelcoming. In the morning, I was not even greeted with a Hello or Good Morning by a member of staff who looked very unhappy as she plonked a sign outside, which wasn't even looked at by anybody. I felt as though I was not listened to by them, and the questions I had asked were just spoken over, the bloke was very arrogant with answering. I was laughed at as I left the post office, by the male member of staff. I felt very upset with my experience. I live local & I have lived here 6 years with no problems usually, but that morning really pushed me to my limits. As another review is also stated on here, they really want to be a little bit more friendly and welcoming and happy. Maybe a little more consideration to your customers might help? Avoiding from now on, even if it means having to walk for miles to another post office for the sake of sending a letter or exchanging cash as I genuinely felt upset whilst leaving & being laughed at for no reason whilst having other customers in the shops. Oh, a limit of two? There was four people in here at once, close to one another.
