        What a fab company! My little girl absolutely loved her Party in the Belles and Whistles tent! Nothing was too much for Carrie and Laura to arrange for my daughter. They went out of their way to make her day extra special! I would definitely use Belles and Whistles again and I highly recommend them! My daughter has said numerous times I want the same party for my next birthday! 10 out of 10!
