        Simple battery replacement appeared to be a very haphazard task. When I left the shop I realised they had broken the hand on my watch. When I returned to the shop I explained what had happened and they implied that I had bizarrely broken my own watch, very rude. They agreed to repair the damage but had to send the watch away. A quick battery change turned into a two week project. When my watch was ready for collection I received no apology. Shoddy workmanship and poor customer service.

        I chose this jewellers to have my engagement ring made for my now fiance, they helped me choose the perfect design using a secondhand ring remodelling it into a more modern design, very friendly and helpful staff, we will be getting our wedding rings from here. Would reconend it to anyone!
