        Having visited this toy shop since I was a young teenager I was back in Fram today running some errands. My partner asked me to go into Bill Bulstrodes to see what Pokmon they had. I walked into the shop, said hello and snapped a photo of the Pokmon selection for my partner so he could pick what he wanted (I've no idea what they are). The owner started questioning why I was taking photos and told me I was rude and should have asked first, when I tried to answer his questions he spoke over me saying 'okay dear'. The whole thing was very patronising and unnecessary. I was already having a dreadful day, and found it quite aggressive. I like to support local businesses but I won't be returning here. What a shame.

        We had a lovely experience here. Weve been in a few times since, a lovely family business not a big corporate chain. My daughter found lots that she liked and some good presents for her friends birthdays! And even a net to go fishing in the pond with :)
