        Having dealt with Clarke & Simpson in relation to a couple of purchases and a sale in recent years, I have found them to be atypical compared to most other estate agents, which seem to operate with a general approach of smarm and smokescreens. I found Clarke & Simpson to be transparent and honest, on the whole. While the transaction was far from smooth due to external parties, the support and compassion shown by Oliver in the Framlingham office is to be commended and I would happily use them in a future transaction, be it a sale or a purchase.

        Oliver and the team did an excellent job of selling our stables and land recently. The process went very smoothly throughout all of the phases, taking only six weeks from preparation of the marketing details to completion of the sale. Communication with all parties concerned was very good throughout
