Heard about Toby's catfood so thought i would try it. Milo (my cat) loves it almost as much as dreamies. Please tell me what the delivery costs are, thank you.

I visited this shop a few days ago, it was my first time in Framlingham and I decided to see what this shop has, I started by looking in the small pet section, which was overall nice the products were natural and a good price! Then i saw harnesses for small animals which are extremely harmful and hamster balls! Many places like RSPCA and Blue Cross do not reccomend these, I also noticed bird mirrors which are harmful, im not sure about other fish/dog/cat products. Then me and my sister went to the till and she asked about cat litter, the two girls at the counter looked at eachother and seemed really annoyed that she asked this, they just seemed very unenthusiastic about the shop, they also weren't too sure about what rabbits can use as a litter. Overall I feel that this shop has lots of potential if you stocked safe products and the staff were a little friendlier, maybe they were just having a bad day! I don't see myself coming back here, I have bad social anxiety and the staff really made my confidence low. I hope you do your research on safe products for small animals and birds.
