Just completed and moved into our first home using Fairweather law as our solicitor (as recommended). As first time buyers, we had no idea what we were doing and Katie put us at total ease, answering all calls and questions we had either the same day or the following day. There were no hidden fees and no complications. I genuinely don't believe we could've had a better experience with any other company. Thank you Katie and Jack!

Nowadays, it seems that having a good solicitor by your side is essential for navigating through life. Having been badly let down by another local firm, I cannot commend Jasmine enough for her tenacity in seeing through a particularly protracted property sale, fraught with issues from start to finish. The reception team are always polite and friendly, while my conveyancer Jasmine was always responsive, assertive, and professional, and the fees charged transparent and reasonable. Furthermore, Jasmine was incredibly supportive during difficult situations, which was a tremendous comfort and asset. While I have no desire to go through a similar transaction, I would not hesitate to recommend Fairweather and Jasmine, and hope that our paths cross professionally at some point in the future.

We were delighted with the work that Katie put in to ensure that our new build property completed before the end of our mortgage offer, which was a huge deal for us considering the significant increase in interest rates in comparison to 6 months ago. Katie kept us informed throughout the process, responded quickly, and met any deadlines set to ensure that the process ran smoothly throughout. Buying our first home could have been a much more stressful situation, but with Framlingham Law we felt well looked after and guided through the process.
