What a dreadful experience. All we wanted was a change in the lease, two little figures needed altering. An immediate cost of 100 up front and 10 months later! A lot of phone calls and emails chasing them, most unanswered, no progress reports. Dreadful avoid.

Having a somewhat complicated and prolonged Property sale, conveyed on our behalf by CROSS RAM & Co and in Particular Amanda Barlow and her team, I cant thank this company and its staff at Framlingham enough. The professionalism shown by Mrs Barlow was exemplary, particularly at the delicate period of exchanging contracts, which was executed smoothly, giving us, her clients, absolute confidence and assurance that anyone would wish for from a Law Firm. Very poor service, quoted a rate which they hugely exceeded without warning, were slow, missed legal issues which i had to draw their attention to. I just hope this is not a regular with all customers, failed to offer any proper apologies on any above issues & got front desk assistant to take flak. We waited an hour to get straight answers to straight questions over their failures. Ask for a firm price (as we did) BUT ALSO for ANY additional work which crops up or don"t be surprised when you get the Bill.
